Yes, it hurts really bad. There's a lot of cartilage to pierce through, and that hurts like crazy.

it hurts like a B****, but it doesnt afterward, just the ten seconds that they are pulling a needle through your nose very slowly....i would do it again, and you should if you really want to, dont let a thing like pain keep from doing something you really wanna do!

well what ive heard is that its not extremely painful, but it feels like a very sharp pinch. its also a much slower process than getting your ears pierced, so that might add to the pain.
but i hope it wont hurt too much! im also getting my nose pierced in the near future.

It's not really that painful, its just the aniticipation of it. Honestly, it feels about like popping a pimple on your nose. I know thats a gross way to put it, but thats what it feels like. Make sure you get a smaller gauge if your worried about it because it will hurt even less. One thing to make sure of is to keep it clean because it can be painful if it gets infected, not to mention nasty looking. Dont psych yourself out about it and will wont hurt at all. The more you think its going to hurt the more its going to. So just breathe deep and relax! Good luck!

its not that bad,m just feel like a slight hit on the nose where you get that strange feeling around your bridge, but i did mine myslef so it was slower meanin more pain, it'll probly be barely noticable, jsut dont go anywhere where they use guns

i pierced my own nose twice. i used an ice cube to numb it, and i sterilized everything that i could and i stuck the needle through. then i looked up, and the needle was through. i didnt even feel it. the 2nd time i did it, i didnt numb it as much and it still did not hurt that much. just a little pinch. dont worry, it doesnt hurt, but some may have different pains.

omg it didnt hurt AT ALL. i would get it done 100 times over. it only makes your eyes water and you can see it in the corner of you eye for like the rest of the day until you get used to it.
